Are you looking for an easy, delicious, healthy dessert to bring to your 4th of July party? Then you have come to the right place because this red, white and blue cheesecake stuffed strawberries recipe will not disappoint! The cheesecake filling is also high in protein due to the main ingredient being Greek Yogurt. You might recognize the cheesecake filling in an earlier recipe I posted, Greek Yogurt Cheesecakes. Yes, the Greek Yogurt Cheesecake recipe is one of my most popular recipes and Pinterest sensation with thousands of pins! So, without further ado let me introduce you to:
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients
12-18 large strawberries (amount varies on size of strawberry)
12-18 blueberries
12 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 cup fat free milk
1 box sugarfree instant cheesecake pudding mix
1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1. Core Strawberries and set aside.
2. Add Greek yogurt, pudding mix, milk and vanilla extract into a bowl and blend with electric mixer until it becomes stiff.
3. Fill each cored strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
4. Place a blueberry on top and enjoy!
