Weigh Loss Wednesday


This summer has been busy, the busier I get the more lackadaisical I become about weight loss.  After a few weeks of missed workouts and not tracking my food, I gained.  This gain was a reminder of how easily it can be to return to those old, unhealthy habits.  I refuse to give up on myself!  I have the power in me, I just need to implement it.  And that is why I turned this into Weight Loss Wednesday.  I started the workout videos "Insanity" this week and began tracking my food once again.  I can do this!  I will do this!


What sort of things do you do to get back on the weight loss track?

  1. I could totally understand. I've been trying to eat better and make better choices. I've been trying to cut out all fast food to. It's hard to get back on track but I'm sure you'll be able to get back on track, best of luck to you. I hope you'll be able to continue on your weight loss journey.

  4. I've been continually trying to stick with my WL plan this summer but it seems as if I'm stuck in a rut. I just need to change things up and get off my butt!
