This summer has been busy, the busier I get the more lackadaisical I become about weight loss. After a few weeks of missed workouts and not tracking my food, I gained. This gain was a reminder of how easily it can be to return to those old, unhealthy habits. I refuse to give up on myself! I have the power in me, I just need to implement it. And that is why I turned this into Weight Loss Wednesday. I started the workout videos "Insanity" this week and began tracking my food once again. I can do this! I will do this!
