The "Body by Vi" 2 Week Challenge

This summer has been seriously tough and I have been seriously slacking.  First off, my job (real job that pays me) has been stressful, busy and I've been busting my butt at work.  Therefore, I have not been using my lunch breaks to hit bootcamp.  Therefore, I have been really slacking on exercising.  Therefore, I have gained weight. 

I can not blame the slacking on exercising the complete reason I have gained.  I've also been on two vacations this summer and while vacationing, I have been eating things like beignets and giant pizza pies!  But all good things (or terrible unhealthy things) must come to an end.  It is time to stop making excuses to eat, excuses for missing workouts and start doing!  And this is why, when I saw the Body by Vi Challenge opportunity, I jumped on it! 

I had heard about ViSalus from a fellow blogger some weeks ago, she RAVED about the shakes and the program.  She really had me sold.  And it must have been fate because not long after we were discussing it, I saw an opportunity to try it out for myself.

  1. I feel ya! Everyone says they gain weight in the winter, but for me, the summer is so hard! Too many parties, BBQs, and I just like to lay at the pool and vacation, eat, etc :)

  7. Good job Amanda for starting something so difficult. I am on Weight Watchers now and slowly losing. It is not easy. (Why do I want all the things that are bad for me?) Keep us updated!
