Nutrisystem Week 7: What's For Breakfast?

It is now week 7 on the Nutrisystem program and I am going to begin this week talking about something different.  Let's talk about food, breakfast food to be exact!  They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I believe it.  One of my favorite breakfast meals on the Nutrisystem program are the biscuits and gravy.  This dish has a creamy and delicious gravy on top of a fluffy biscuit.  I always figured I had to stay away from such dishes when trying to lose weight because it was too fattening.  Well, guess what?!  You can eat it on the Nutrisystem program and lose weight while doing so! 

And the deliciousness does not stop there, some of my other breakfast favorites:

Ham and Cheese Omelet  A fluffy omelet with a super cheesey and ham filling. Yumminess!


Chocolate Doughnut  Did you ever think you could eat a doughnut while dieting?  Well you can with Nutrisystem!!

 Chocolate Chip Scone This sweet breakfast treat goes perfect with a hot cup of coffee.

Honey Wheat Bagel  SO good with a bit of Laughing Cow cream cheese spread on it.

The thing I really appreciate while being on the Nutrisystem program (other than the results and the delicious food) is the variety.  It is like I am being served from a restaurant daily, only I do not have to worry about the calories!

My Weekly Results 
This week was a stand still in weight loss, I had a rough week with "bloating" but at least I did not gain!!  This week I am going to up my water (it is so difficult getting that water in!) and get back into the exercise groove.  Here is hoping for a big loss!

Weekly Weight Loss: 0 lbs

Total Weight Loss: 10 lbs!

  6. I can do the water intake! I sip on lemon water all day. My problem is exercise and choc splurges! I am horrible at portion control. Maybe I should try nutrisystem.

  12. Okay, I eat oatmeal every morning with brown sugar and cinnamon and I could have been eating biscuits and gravy. That looks so much better than my oatmeal, I am definitely checking it out. I love biscuits and gravy!
