Lately, I've really enjoyed the little talks I've had with my little girl. She is getting older and her thoughts are becoming more and more complex, so we are actually having more meaningful conversations. Well, this morning she comes to me with this...
Hmmm, that is a tough one. I mean who knows what a 4 year old wishes for. Candy? If I was a 4 year old I would totally wish for a big box of chocolate. Shoot, I was wishing for a chocolate bar last night. (OK, 5 minutes ago)
What else could it be, toys? She is always commenting on toy commercials, letting me know exactly what toy she wants for her birthday (next May). But I'm not so sure that is her wish at this particular time.
This is Bella we are talking about, my little genius in a four year old body, this wish is most likely HUGE. Maybe her wish is something far more complex than I imagined... maybe she is wishing to end world hunger? Or even cure some incurable disease?! Or world peace! Oh, I bet that is it! My little Bella with the heart of gold wanting everyone to get along.
Ohhh, cuuute!!!

I snuggle my 2 dogs all the time, they are the sweetest things! I wish I was a puppy, too! :D

You have to love kids! Yesterday my six year old said, "I love snow. It brings joy!" I wish I was a kid.
ReplyDeleteI love conversations with little kids. My 5-year old niece calls our condo "a hotel" because we're in a high rise. Hilarious!
ReplyDeleteThat's super cute! My son says some of the funniest things too!
ReplyDeleteAww, how funny is that! I just love it!
ReplyDeleteHow cute!!! Its good you write them down- kids say the cutest things!
ReplyDeleteMy kids love playing puppy together. One is the owner and the other is the puppy. They play chase, fetch, and do commands (sit, stay, roll over). So fun to hear what creative and imaginative things they come up with.
ReplyDeleteI love what little ones come up with! Our 4 year old always has the funniest things to say!

ReplyDeleteThey are so cute and innocent at that age. My 3yo spent the day saying he could no longer play one of our video games because he is no longer a girl. I never knew he was a girl, lol.
ReplyDeleteHa-Ha love it!
ReplyDeleteThat's funny! Love it when our kids share their deepest desires! :-)
ReplyDeleteLOL! I totally wanted to be a pony when I was little. True story.

ReplyDeleteAw! That's super cute! My little guy must wish he was a puppy...he's always chewing on stuff he's not supposed to. Still trying to get the marker off his teeth from this morning. :(
ReplyDeleteLOL I have getting glimpses into my kids' minds. It's hysterical when they come out with stuff like this so you can torture them when they're 16 with stories of, "Remember when you wished you were a puppy?"
ReplyDeleteAdorable, my little girl is crazy about dogs and animals in general. She wan't to be a vet when se grows up.
