It was a cold stormy night... I sat down with my computer and began to type and type and type....
And so it began, Survival Guide by The Working Mom was born!
Yes folks, it was one year ago this very weekend when I began to blog. It all began with this post on my Weight Loss Competition. Truth is, when I began blogging I did not have the slightest inclination that anyone would ever read my blog much less follow it. I started writing for a fun way to keep up with my weight loss and make myself accountable for my weight. I would have never guessed that one year later, it would have grown into its own entity. It is now a place where many of us struggling with weight issues come and gain a bit of understanding, knowledge, inspiration, motivation and even a few laughs. Most importantly, through this blog, I have gained a readership that I think rocks and friendships that I will cherish for years to come.
And because none of this would be possible without the people that visit here and read this silly little blog of mine, I thought it would only be fitting to celebrate it with a giveaway!!!
