Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

This skinny version of buffalo dip is one of my favorite recipes and one of the best Buffalo chicken dip you will ever try! This easy buffalo chicken dip recipe will outdo any that dip you can find at your local grocery store. Made with nonfat greek yogurt, Frank’s hot sauce, and lots of love; it is a great option for your game day festivities!

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (shredded chicken breast)

1 1/2 cuos plain Greek yogurt

4 TBS Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

4 wedges Laughing Cow light Blue Cheese (blue cheese crumbles)

1/2 packet Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch Seasoning mix

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish/Flavor: green onions, fresh parsley, garlic powder & onion powder

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. After chicken breasts are cooked, shred the meat in a chopper. I used my Ninja (blender) but you have to be careful not to make a chicken paste. It only needs a few pulses to shred the chicken. You can also use rostisserie chicken breast for this step. In a medium bowl combine yogurt, ranch mix, Laughing Cow cheese and hot sauce and thoroughly mix for best results. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken and the yogurt mixture together, add in the mozzarella chese and mix well. Add the entire mixture to a baking dish, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.

Makes 12 servings with each serving equaling ~85 calories. Serve hot with celery sticks, tortilla chips, carrot sticks, and even Buffalo wings!
