If you are constantly on the weight loss track (like myself) and have not heard of Full Core refreshment drink, you might want to climb out from under the rock you have been living in and check them out. I first learned of the drink from a friend of mine who was raving on and on about it, so when I was offered the chance to try it out for myself, I squealed ran jumped happily accepted the opportunity!
So, what exactly is Full Core? Full Core is a refreshing alternative to soda, vitamin packed, lemon/lime flavored drink that not only promotes digestive health but also controls hunger! That's right, this drink will stop your snacking while filling you up with the minerals, vitamins and 40% (10 grams) of your daily fiber needs. Now do you understand why I am so elated?!
What perfect timing to try out Full Core with the holidays behind us and a New Year of weight loss goals in front of us! This holiday season I was very proud of myself, I did not gain a pound but that does not mean I did not indulge a bit. Christmas day was filled with appetizers, dinner, pie and more pies and New Years Eve wasn't any better. So, when it was time to get back to a healthier eating regime, those pies were fresh on my mind and I was definitely craving them! Good thing I had ordered my Full Core drinks right before Christmas, you can check out my online shopping trip on Google+.
I appreciated the ease of Full Core's online store, the drinks come in one flavor (lemon/lime) and is offered in a 4, 8 or 24 pack. There were no questions as to which flavor I should order, Full Core knew what flavor worked and stuck with it! The only question I had was if should I order the 24 pack now or later?!
I was shocked at how quickly I received my shipment of Full Core. I ordered it the Friday before Christmas and received it within a week! And I was worried it might not receive it in time for the New Year, boy was I wrong!
Now let me school you a little more on the awesomeness of Full Core. First of all, each can is only 25 calories and contains NO sugar, NO preservatives and NO artificial sweeteners but is naturally sweetened from the Stevia leaf extract. Full Core is also sodium-free, caffeine-free, soy-free and gluten-free! What is it not free of you may ask? It certainly is not free of minerals and vitamins! Full Core is packed with 15 minerals and vitamins and enough fiber to give you that "full feeling" throughout the day.
Best of all....
Full Core tasted delicious and gave me a little extra pep to my step! I've had a can of Full Core daily for 3 days now and I can honestly say that not only does it give me that "full" feeling but I have also noticed an increase in energy after drinking it.
