Featured prize today is an EatSmart Precision Elite Kitchen Scale

Every cooks needs a good scale!  Correction, every kitchen needs an EatSmart Elite Kitchen Scale!  First of all, if you are trying to be health conscious and keep track of your calories/portion sizes you definitely want to take the guess work out of the equation.  Or what about cost conscientious?  Buy in bulk, weight out your portions and freeze them for later!  As a Scientist by nature, I personally love the accuracy this scale offers.  I tested it out with the "nickle test."  Weigh a nickle and it should read 5 grams exactly.  And it did!  Yep, this scale weighs in grams, ounces and pounds and does so much more!

Features of the Eat Smart Elite Kitchen Scale:
 EatSmart Precision Elite Accuracy Technology
Contemporary Design and Easy Two-Button Operation
Tare Feature: Subtract the weight of any plate or container
Easy to Read Backlit LCD Display
Durable Stainless Steel Platform
4 Measurement Modes: Grams / Ounces / Kilograms / Pounds
Maximum capacity 15 lbs / 7 kgs
Graduation: .05 oz / 1 gram
3 minute Auto-Turnoff
Includes 4 AAA batteries

  23. I'm really excited at the chance to win such a nice kitchen scale. I don't have one, but the more I'm learning to bake and do my own canning, the more I need one. I like the 3 minute Auto-Turnoff feature, which would save me from forgetting to turn it off.
