Featured prize today is an EatSmart Precision Elite Kitchen Scale
Every cooks needs a good scale! Correction, every kitchen needs an EatSmart Elite Kitchen Scale! First of all, if you are trying to be health conscious and keep track of your calories/portion sizes you definitely want to take the guess work out of the equation. Or what about cost conscientious? Buy in bulk, weight out your portions and freeze them for later! As a Scientist by nature, I personally love the accuracy this scale offers. I tested it out with the "nickle test." Weigh a nickle and it should read 5 grams exactly. And it did! Yep, this scale weighs in grams, ounces and pounds and does so much more!
