Fruit, Yogurt and Oatmeal Parfait
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 milk (I like almond or coconut)
1/2 super ripe banana
6 ounce cup of Yoplait Fruitful
Fresh fruit for topping (optional)
1. Cook oats and milk in microwave for about 2 minutes (until oats are thoroughly cooked) and stir in mashed banana.
2. After oats have cooled a bit, begin assembling the parfait starting with yogurt on the bottom layer. Alternate between yogurt and oat layers until ingredients are gone.
3. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.
