Skinny Chocolate Mousse Recipe: A Greek Yogurt Recipe

I am taking part in an Autumn Blogathan Challenge, this challenge kicked off today and the first topic is to write about your favorite recipe.  For me, this is a tough one to pick because I have SO many recipes that I love to make.  After thinking long and hard, I decided to choose a recipe that I make often, I also chose this recipe because it is so versatile and I make different variations of it often.  The recipe is my Greek Yogurt Cheesecake recipe.  This recipe has become a Pinterest sensation with thousands of repins and one of my top 3 most viewed blog posts.  Another variation of this recipe is my Greek Yogurt Banana Cream Mini Pies and today I am presenting you with yet another variation of the recipe!

I am not sure why it had taken me so long to try a chocolate version of this because as most of you might know… I am a chocaholic!  When the bright idea did come to me, I was in love right away!  Anyways, I know you must be ready to dig right into recipe so here it is:

Skinny Chocolate Mousse

1 box sugarfree/fat free chocolate instant pudding mix
16 oz Greek Yogurt (plain)
1 cup fat free milk
5 graham crackers
3 Tbs butter (I used I can’t Believe It’s Not Butter)
12 cup cake liners
1. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter.  In a cupcake pan, add the liners and add the graham cracker mixture evenly into each.
2.  Mix yogurt, pudding mix and milk and scoop on top of the graham cracker mixture.
3.  Refrigerate 30-45 minutes and Enjoy!
