Skinny Peach ‘N Cream Recipe & Foodie Collection of 17 Healthy Classic Desserts: Give Classic Desserts A Healthy Twist

Desserts are my kryptonite.  I am such a sweets lover and my thighs are attest to that.  I have to constantly watch what I eat, I am great at portion control, healthy snack alternatives and cooking low calorie meals.  However, when it comes to dessert time; I lose it.  So, my way to combat this addiction love of desserts is to take classic desserts and make them healthier!  Which is why I created this awesome Foodie Collection of Healthy Classic Desserts!

Every other week, I receive a “crop box” from my local Farmers Market.  Peaches must be in season because my crop box has been full of them recently!  So, what to do with them?  Make a dessert, of course!  When I think of peach desserts, I think of Peaches ‘N Cream.  However, it can get a bit fattening when using heavy creams and cream cheeses.  Not this time!!  Here is my “skinnied up”, “healthified” version of Peaches ‘N Cream.

Maybe my peaches were not ripe enough, but following this recipe did not turn out well for me. It was very dry and crumbly. It smelled great but the taste left a lot to be desired. Too bad. Your picture looks delicious.
