Big Hero 6 Opens November 7th: Aunt Cass’ Chicken/Wing Recipe

Big Hero 6, which opens nationwide November 7th, is an action-packed, comedy adventure about the bond that develops between Hiro Hamada (an orphaned teen) and Baymax (an inflatable robot).  I was able to catch a sneak peek of the movie last weekend and while I will not give away any spoilers (you have to catch my review this Friday), I will tell you that the kids and I absolutely loved it!

This movie is filled with awesome characters including Go-Go, Wasabi (he spilled it on his shirt ONE time!), Honey Lemon and Fred; it also includes one of the most diverse casts in  animation History.  I do hold one particular character close to heart, probably because she touches my “Motherly side.”  Aunt Cass is Hiro’s aunt whom is raising him after the death of his parents.  She stays busy running a restaurant but is always there whether Hiro needs a hug or bailed out of trouble!  She also keeps his belly full with her amazing dishes.  One of his favorites is a spicy wing recipe that will make your lips go numb.  And guess what?  We are going to share one of her recipes with you today!!!
