I recently had a party for my daughter and some of her school friends. Now when I party, I like to do it up and that includes a well thought out menu. My menus usually include finger type sandwiches, vegetables, fruit and of course something sweet to go along with it. Now I am not going to lie, a lot of times I buy those prepackaged fruits trays that always come with a fruit dip. For this party, I was already stocked up with fruit in my refrigerator, so I only needed to find a recipe for an EASY fruit dip to accompany my fruit tray. I stress easy because I am a busy working mom and ain’t nobody got time to prepare too much from scratch. Well, low and behold I came across this awesome chocolate fruit dip recipe that was not only easy but also SKINNY! And to top it off, it was delicious. So, of course I had to share this recipe with my favorite readers:
Skinny Chocolate Fruit Dip Recipe
1 box Sugar-Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 (12 oz) Container of Lite Cool Whip
1 (16 oz) container of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1. Blend all ingredients with a hand mixer.
2. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
