Life Is Like A Movie: Follow Along as I Take You Back To Los Angeles For The #GoodDinoEvent! #ABCTVEvent #LionGuardEvent

Disney provided me with an all expense paid trip to L.A. to attend the #GoodDinoEvent in exchange for my coverage.  No other compensation is given and all opinions in my posts are 100% my own.  Disclosure Policy.

Life is like a movie, write your own ending. Keep believing, keep pretending. -Jim Henson
I sometimes receive emails and/or messages on social media asking about future trips.  The conversations go a little something like this:
Reader: When are you going on your next press trip?
Me: I’m not sure.  I have to wait for that magical email to pop up in my Inbox!
Reader: How do you get invited to these events?
Me: You know, by being my awesome self.  It doesn’t hurt that I am a HUGE Disney fanatic and MEGA movie buff, I definitely have a passion for it.  Most importantly, I keep believing and continue writing my own story.
This is exactly how my life has become like a movie, folks!  A few weeks ago I DID receive the magical email, that email which brings squeals throughout the house; I’ve been invited to return to LA to attend The Good Dinosaur red carpet premiere!  November 15th-18th you can witness *live* all of my shenanigans by following the hashtags: #GoodDinoEvent #ABCTVEvent & #LionGuardEvent.

I’ve been following the minute-to-minute updates on The Good Dinosaur, so being picked for this trip is like hitting the jackpot!  It opens nationwide November 25th, just in time for Thanksgiving, and my kids can not wait to see it!  Who am I kidding, I would be there opening day even if my kids didn’t want to go.  Luckily, the entire family is counting down the days until it’s release!

How could you NOT want to see this movie?  Just take a peak at the trailer and read some of my past The Good Dinosaur posts.  It’s especially exciting when you attend an event for a movie you’re sure is going to be fantastic!

It just hit me, I’ve figured out why I was picked to attend this particular event.  They must have heard (or seen) my funky fresh dance moves!  While in LA, I will be attending a LIVE taping of the 21st season of Dancing with the Stars!  It airs on ABC Monday evenings at 8/7c and I will be there for the semi-finals!

I wonder if Bruno will ask me to perform for the audience?  You know I will totally do it, I can “Whip” and “Nae Nae” with the best of them!  Tune in live to see!!

Have you been watching The Muppets Tuesday nights 8/7c on ABC?!  While in LA, myself and 24 other super-fly awesome bloggers will visit Disney Studio Lot where we will stop on set of Miss Piggy’s late-night talk show “Up Late with Miss Piggy” and pre-screen an upcoming episode right there on the Up-Late set!  Past guests have included Christina Applegate, Reese Witherspoon and Elizabeth Banks and we might get a chance to meet her current guests while there!  I wonder if she will ask me to debut my dance moves on HER show?!  I’m sure by then word will have spread.
After visiting Miss Piggy and guests, we get to sit down for a Q&A with The Muppets Executive Producer Bill Barretta.  He performs Pepe he King Prawn, Rowlf the Dog, The Swedish Chef and Bobo the Bear!

This is a Disney Event, so you know the fun does not stop there!  While on the Disney Studio Lot, we will also hop on over to the black-ish set (Wednesday evenings 9:30/8:30c) and check out the Johnson home in person!  We will also have a meet & greet with the multi-talented Tracee Elliss Ross, who portrays Johnson family mom and anesthesiologist Rainbow “Bow” Johnson!

Last but not least, we will attend a screening of The Lion Guard: Return of The Roar which premieres on the Disney Channel November 22nd 7/6c.  The story continues the epic tale of The Lion King and introduces Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, as he assumes his role as leader of the Lion Guard, a group of animals tasked with protecting the Pride Lands.  After the screening we will have a Q&A session with Executive Producer Ford Riley, Composer Christopher Willis, Singer/Songwriter Beau Black and Swahili Consultant Sarah Mirza.
There you have it friends, it will be another world-wind of a trip and I want YOU there with me!  Be part of my story, be a part of my movie and follow me November 15th-18th on Facebook –  TwitterInstagram using the hashtags:
