Easy Crockpot Mongolian Beef Recipe: Lunches Made Simple With Rubbermaid® BRILLIANCE

This easy Crockpot Mongolian Beef Recipe is the perfect Asian cuisine to feed the family and plenty of left-overs for lunch the next day.  With Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE food storage containers, meal prepping has never been easier and their leak-proof food storage containers make lunches so much cleaner.

Do you find yourself at a restaurant and regret your choice in “going out” rather than staying in to cook a meal?  I have this regret on the regular.  The reason being, I usually prefer my cooking over others and it’s cheaper to boot.  My family feels much of these same sentiments, in fact, my husband regularly requests “large” dinners so he is able to bring left-overs for lunch the next day.

Can you blame him, when I am serving up dishes like this amazing Mongolian Beef Recipe?  I will also let you in on a secret, this recipe is not only delicious bit it is super easy to make.  I may or may not “pretend” to slave over the stove all day when in reality, I just throw the ingredients in the crockpot to cook!  No judging.  I am a “Work At Home Mom” with many deadlines, so the days of spending hours in the kitchen are few and far between.  Which is also the reason for making “big” meals which give us lots of left-overs for lunch the next day.

However, when storing said left-overs we tend to run into a problem.  Spillage!   Our lunches are not the standard Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches but rather delicious cuisines with delectables sauces and/or gravies which tend to runneth over or out of the containers.  This is where Rubbermaid® BRILLIANCE has come to save the day.
