I first had the idea for a Toasted Perogi because I live in St. Louis, and Toasted ravioli is a famous St. Louis dish. I also love the mashed potato-stuffed noodle that is called a Perogi, so I thought, why not toast one up like they do raviolis?
And on top of it, why not do it in my new fancy-dancy Air Fryer? Wondering how it turned out? Ya’ll, I’m in LOVE and will be making this recipe regularly for my family!

Pierogi is already plural so you so need to add the -es. The singular is pieróg.
