I’ve recently shared one of my Indian dishes made in the air fryer, this air fryer Beignet recipe. But this is not the first recipe on my blog that I had made said dishes in an air fryer. So without further ado, let us get right to this recipe!!
Air Fryer Chicken Samosas Recipe
Ingredients

In a medium- large skillet, add oil, onions, garlic, ginger and sauté, for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add, curry, pepper sauce, paprika and cayenne pepper and continue stirring about 2 minutes.

Add cooked shredded chicken mix until ingredients have been thoroughly combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes or more. Finally throw in cole slaw mix and adjust seasoning to taste. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Spoon a generous 1-2 tablespoons filling in the center of won ton wrapper; lightly moisten the wrapper edges with water using your finger. Fold the end over the filling to form a triangleand pinch edges together. Form all Samosas.

Place a few samosas into the Air Fryer and set air fryer temp to 400 degrees.

Cook for around 5 minutes. Check halfway through and flip each samosa.

Cook in air fryer until both sides are lightly bornw.

- 1 TBS oil
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 pound shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup cole slaw mix
