One of the big running jokes during the past few months we have had stay at home orders is the quarantine weight gain we have all experienced.  I may or may not have put on an unwanted 20 pounds.  And while the weight is something I really want to drop, it is the healthier lifestyle and eating which I have been craving, which my body has been craving.  I seriously walked up the stairs the other day and was out of breathe, things need to change and I want my energy back!

And wow, I always thought that eating late was counter-productive to losing weight.  Being someone who oftens loves to have a midnight snack, this bit of knowledge Joel talks about really has me pumped, “Research shows that the average person’s metabolic rate is no different during sleep than during the day. I am ready to shed those pounds, increase my energy level and get back into some of those tight clothes again.  Yes, I may be a bit vain in thei whole thing because I have some really cute clothes that aren’t fitting right now and I want to wear them this Summer.  Let the “Eating After 7PM” begin!
