Blackstone Griddle Biscuits Recipe
Make your biscuit dough according to the biscuit recipe you always use. I actually made this batch from Bisquik flour and made my biscuits according to the recipe on the box. I then used a glass to cut out the circular shape of the biscuits and set them aside. Preheat the griddle on a lower to medium heat and before placing the biscuits on the griddle, give it a good coat of oil.
Place the biscuits on the griddle to brown each side. This will only take a couple of minutes on each side but check the bottom of your biscuits regularly. Once both sides are browned, place on a metal rack above the griddle.
The place some sort of cover over your biscuits to help trap heat inside the cover and “bake” the biscuits further. This will take about 10-15 minutes under the cover. About halfway through, make sure to flip the biscuits on the rack, so you do not burn one side of the biscuit.
