Ham and Cheese Pinwheel Recipe
Ingredients
1 pack puff pastry
1 tsp dijon mustard
12 slice deli ham
2 cups grated gruyere
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll pastry flat into a rectangle and spread dijon mustard (very lightly) over dough. Place the 6 slices of ham on top (overlapping), and finally cover ham with grated cheese (evenly). Roll pastry into a log and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so dough hardens.
Slice log into about 1/2 inches wide and arrange rolls on a non stick baking sheet. Sprinkle with parsley and bake for around 15 minutes or until the pastry turns a golden brown and cheese is melted.
