Weight Watchers Banana Bread Mug Recipe
Want a weight watchers banana bread, weight watchers bread, banana bread mug cake, bread in a mug, microwave banana bread, microwave banana cake, banana bread in a mug, or any sort of mug cake weight watchers? Then this weight watchers banana bread recipe is perfect for you! It is great for a quick breakfast, just stick it in the microwave, let cool, and eat right out of the mug!
Ingredients
1 egg
1 medium banana
3 TBS white self-rising flour
1/2 TBS dark chocolate chips
Directions
Make sure to use a microwave-safe mug. Mash bananas in a mug and then mix in an egg and flour. Mix in half the dark chocolate chips; save the other half to place on top. Place the mug in the microwave and microwave for 60 seconds. Check if the bread is cooked thoroughly by inserting a knife in the middle. If done properly, it will come out clean. If not done, microwave another 30 seconds. Put the rest of the chocolate chips on top immediately before serving.
