Weight Watchers Banana Bread Mug Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg
1 medium banana
3 TBS white self-rising flour
1/2 TBS dark chocolate chips
Directions
Make sure to use a microwave safe mug. Mash banana in a mug and then mix in an egg, and flour. Mix in half the dark chocolate chips, save the other half to place on top. Place mug in microwave and microwave for 60 seconds. Check if the bread is cooked thoroughly by inserting a knife in the middle. If done, it will come out clean. if not done, microwave another 30 seconds. Put the rest of the chocolate chips on top immediately before serving.
