In The Mitchells Vs. The Machines, Mike Rianda plays Aaron Mitchell (son in the Mitchell clan) but he also write and directed the film, based loosely off his own family. Rick Mitchell is based off his own father, who hates all things electronic and likes to be out in nature, fishing and whatnot. The character Aaron he admits is much based off of hisself as a little boy and even Monchi the pug dog is a real dog the family had! Beck Bennett voices many roles in the film, the robots and let me tell you there are a bunch of them!
