Weight Watchers Air Fryer Bagels Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup white self-rising flour
1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
seasonings (optional)
Directions
Add flour and yogurt in a bowl and mix together well, forming a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky, continue to add flour 1 TBS at a time until no longer sticky. Divide into 4 section and let sit around 5 minutes to settle. Take one of the balls of dough and roll out into a long tube, then connect the ends of the tube shape to create the bagel shape. Do the same thing with the remaining balls of dough to create four bagels
Preheat Air Fryer to 300 degree and then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place bagels in the basket and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping the bagels about halfway through and continue to cook another 4 minutes or until golden brown. You can adjust the temp and also the times according to your air fryer, since each cooks food differently.
