Yesterday, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg announced the social media giant was rebranding and had a new name. It is now going to be called Metaverse or Meta for short. Of course, this announcement sparked talk all over the internet, and the jokes soon followed. Not only did the jokes follow, but so did the amazing memes mocking everything from the new symbol to the recent spat between old Zuck and Congress. Of course, when big news such as this is released, the memes come slightly afterwards. Now I have posted some of these memes on my Facebook feed and have gotten some amazing replies and tons of laughs, so I wanted to share them here also. We all need a good smile, and for me, memes make me smile and laugh. So, I collected this list to share for those who are like me and need a good laugh.
