For those wondering why Karriet Tubman has been trending on Twitter the past few days, it has to do with the Royal Family, particularly Kate Middleton, who has been getting much heat after a story over in the UK ran about her ancestors being part of the freeing of slaves. The story, of course, ran because of Meghan Markle, who is half black, with the story referencing that her ancestors were responsible for her being free, etc., etc. The internet has responded the way it always does by creating some seriously funny memes, making fun of the craziness of it all because, boy, it has already been crazy with other ridiculous things.
