Blackstone Griddle Bosco Stick Recipe
An easy and delicious bosco stick recipe you can make on your Blackstone Griddle!
- 1 can Grands Biscuits
- 8 sticks Cheese Sticks
- 24 pieces Pepperoni
Roll out your grand biscuits into an oblong shape. I made it long enough for the cheese stick to fit into it. I then placed 3 pieces of pepperoni on the bottom and the cheese stick on top of the pepperonis. Wrap the biscuits around the pepperoni and cheese sticks. Seal the biscuits well, as not to have any of the cheese spill out when cooking. Squirt a little oil on the hot griddle, spread it out with spatula, then brown each side of the bosco stick, a few minutes on each side. Once the sticks are browned, place on a wire rack on the griddle and cover for about 5-10 minutes to let them steam and cook thoroughly through. Remove and enjoy your stick dipped in a nice marinara sauce.
