Weight Watchers Banana Stuffed French Toast Recipe
This dish is a delicious, easy and only 5 point breakfast option!
- 2 slices raisin bread
- 1 TBS fat-free cream cheese
- 1 medium banana (sliced)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 TBS almond milk
Spread the cream cheese on one side of both slices of the bread and layer the banana slices on top of the cream cheese spread to make a sandwich of sorts. Whisk egg, vanilla extract and almond milk together and dip both sides of the french toast snadwich into the mixture, soaking the bread well.Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook both sides of the French Toast around 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy this delicious breakfast! Serves 1.
