Blackstone Griddle Naan Recipe
This is a delicious and easy way to make homemade Naan on your Blackstone Griddle!

- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 TBS sugar
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups flour
- 1 TBS grape seed oil
Combine warn water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and let stand for 5 minutes until foamy. Add salt and flour and mix thoroughly. Knead dough on a floured area about 20 times and form into a tight ball. Put dough in well oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, place in a warm are and allow 45 minutes to rise. Turn dough out onto a floured workspace and divide into 8 balls. Use a rolling pin to flatten to about 1/8 inch thick. Squirt a little oil on the hot griddle, spread it out with spatula and place dough on the griddle top. Cook approx 2-3 minutes per side or until crispy golden brown on both sides.
