Weight Watchers Naan Recipe On The Blackstone Griddle
Try this delicious, easy and Weight Watcher approved Naan recipe made on the Blackstone Griddle!
- 1 1/3 cups white self-rising flour
- 1 cup plain fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 TBS grapeseed oil
Add flour, garlic powder, parsley and oregano in a bowl and mix together well, then add in yogurt and mix until forming a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky, continue to add flour 1 TBS at a time until no longer sticky. Divide into 6 sections and let sit around 5 minutes to settle. By hand, flattened each ball of dough into a circle or as close to a circle as you can.Squirt a little of the grapeseed oil on the hot griddle, spread it out with spatula and once heated, place the dough on the griddle top. Cook approx 3-5 minutes per side or until crispy golden brown on both sides.
