Weight Watchers Naan Recipe On The Blackstone Griddle

  • Blackstone Griddle


  • 1 1/3 cups white self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain fat-free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 TBS grapeseed oil


  • Add flour, garlic powder, parsley and oregano in a bowl and mix together well, then add in yogurt and mix until forming a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky, continue to add flour 1 TBS at a time until no longer sticky. Divide into 6 sections and let sit around 5 minutes to settle.  By hand, flattened each ball of dough into a circle or as close to a circle as you can.
    Squirt a little of the grapeseed oil on the hot griddle, spread it out with spatula and once heated, place the dough on the griddle top. Cook approx 3-5 minutes per side or until crispy golden brown on both sides.
