No matter what the calendar may say, the thermometer tells me it is Summertime. In a couple of weeks, the kid’s school will be over and all Summer activities will be in full swing and high gear. Not only am I prepping for full-scale childhood fun-in-the-sun stuff; I am also undertaking adult revelry events. One of my favorites is the classic all-American back-yard barbecue. Our first of the season was a few evenings ago. My husband and I invited a few friends and family, co-workers and kept it casual with children requested. I had a simple menu with steaks for the adults and hot dogs for the children. The usual sides of potato salad, corn and of course my famous BBQ baked beans.
As it neared party time, my husband and I were outside setting-up and the horrors, the impossible had occurred! I am meticulous about all things cleaning. That includes inside, outside, car, house, yard, animate, inanimate, human and non-human, two legged and four-legged. My dad once accused me of telling him I heard a crumb drop when my back was turned to him (I deny the charge). The impossible thing? Someone, certainly not me, put away the grill after its last use without cleaning it! I was horrified! Thank goodness for Procter & Gamble and their family of cleaning products! Because of my propensity toward tidy, I am fully acquainted with these cleaning gems.
Immediately, I put my knowledge to work. I tackled that grill with Mr Clean Magic Eraser. Nothing makes cleaning a grill easier. The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser quickly wipes out dirt and grime with it’s water activated MICRO SCRUBBERS. The ease of use is only one of the many things that makes me love the Procter &Gamble Co.! The award-winning Procter & Gamble company strives to promote human and environmental health in the manufacture and development of all its products. It’s all the little differences and attention to details that makes P&G superior to its competitors.
Thank goodness for my Costco stop the week beforehand. Not only did I pick up Mr. Clean Magic Erasers but I also stocked up on Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper and Cascade Complete Action Pacs during my shopping trip. P&G manufacturing line includes everything from cosmetics to laundry, floor-care and industrial janitorial supplies. Almost any cleaning need can be met by one of its products. They sure came in handy for my get together!
Our barbecue party was a huge success; it was clean, delicious, healthy and on time. Children and adults enjoyed themselves for hours. Even our dog, Pepper got in on the food action! And when it was over? Clean-up was easy, quick, and as usual, almost as fun as the party its self! Okay, I may be a little unique, but isn’t everyone?
