Crockpot Chocolate Dump Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 package Devils Food dry cake mix (substitution: yellow cake mix, other varities of cake mixes)
1 package Jello Chocolate chocolate pudding mix
1 pint sour cream
3/4 cups oil (substitution: melted butter)
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or use a crockpot liner. In a large bowl, combine the box of chocolate cake mix with the other dry ingredients and add to the crockpot. In a small bowl, heat butter in the microwave for 30-60 seconds and add to the crockpot. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the top of the cake mix and mix thoroughly. Set the crockpot on low heat with a cooking time of 4-5 hours, depending on the size of your slow cooker. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
