CopyCat No Pudge Brownie Recipe

Have you heard of No Pudge Brownie mix?  My husband works part time at a grocery store and came home one day with what he thought was the Holy Grail of presents.  He knows me well, I am a chocolate loving, craving, mouth watering addict and you can not go wrong with chocolate gifts for me!  However, my waist line would beg to differ but a chocolate treat with no pudge?  Yes, please!  The only thing I did not like about the No Pudge Brownie mix?  The price.  One box of it sold in the store for $3.50.  So, I decided to recreate this recipe on my own (with the help of a few other websites) and it turned out just as delicious!

No Pudge Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
2 egg whites
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Directions
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9×9 glass baking dish with nonstick spray.

2.  Mix all ingredients together well, pour into baking dish and spread the batter evenly.

3.  Bake for 30-35 minutes.  Check with a toothpick before removing from oven.

How do I make this recipe gluten free? Could I use and all purpose gluten free flour? Do you think this would work?

I used this recipe tonight. I was so excited… did not make brownies rather a dense cake. The taste was not on point either. Has anyone else experienced this? Suggestions?
