In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together, or use a food processor to blend. Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir with a silicone spatula until it’s a smooth brownie batter. Tranfer into the prepared dish and place in the hot oven, baking for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after being poked into the center of the brownies. Allow to cook for a couple of minutes and repeat the toothpick test. Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature.
