20 turkey pepperoni

1 cup mozzarella cheese

3 TBS Avocado oil

Directions

Add flour, garlic powder, parsley and oregano in a bowl and mix together well, then add in yogurt and mix until forming a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky, continue to add flour 1 TBS at a time until no longer sticky. Divide into 6 sections and let sit around 5 minutes to settle.  By hand, flattened each ball of dough into a circle or as close to a circle as you can.

Heat griddle up to medium-low. Lightly oil surface for pizza crusts. Place crusts on griddle. After about 5 minutes, check for desired amount of browning/crispness. Flip to the other side when it is to your liking. Once flipped, top browned surface with desired amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. By the time you are done placing the toppings, the pizzas should be ready to transfer to a wire rack placed on the griddle surface. Cover the pizzas with basting cover to simulate oven.

You may choose to lower heat to lowest setting at this point and check every 5 minutes or so for desired doneness. Once cheese is sufficiently melted it should be ready to eat. The cheese and toppings won’t brown, but they will be cooked unless raw. Some choose to place them into a broiler for a few more minutes to brown the toppings. Enjoy.
