1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 medium apple
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 TBS Truvia Brown Sugar

Add flour, yogurt and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix together well, forming a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky, continue to add flour 1 TBS at a time until no longer sticky. Divide into 4 section and let sit around 5 minutes to settle. While the dough is sitting, dice up the apple and add to a sauce pan with brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook until the apple pieces are soft. Let cool. Roll out the dough into a circle shape and add the 1/4 the apple mixture into the center of the dough.
