We just can not stop cooking on our Blackstone Griddle and now that the weather is warming up, we will probably use it every single day of the week. We have even moved it to our garage for the winter, so we can use it when the temps outside were freezing! From not only grilling meats and stirfrys on our griddle, we have also made breakfast, snacks and desserts! This week we have even tried our hands at a few recipes which I first seen in our Blacktone group, this Sausage McGriddle made on the griddle! It turned out delicious and was so easy to make, so let me share this Blackstone Griddle Sausage McGriddle recipe for you all to enjoy too!

BlackStone Griddle Sausage McGriddle Recipe
Ingredients
Pancake Mix
Syrup
Sausage
Directions
Use the silicone egg rings and pour in pancake mix about 3/4 of the way filled. After you pour the pancake mix into the rings, squirt syrup into the batter while the bottom is cooking. Let cook until the bottom is brown. My egg rings allow from the metal side piece to adjust and I moved it down so I could flip the pancake while it was still inside the ring. Remove from grill, let cool and remove from ring. Add sausage and enjoy!
